TrailfindHERS
ABOUT THIS PROGRAMME
TrailfindHERS is a free six-week programme from the Ealing Trailfinders Foundation for Year 9 girls who have drifted away from PE and school sport. It runs in schools, using the school's space and timetable, delivered by Foundation coaches alongside players from the Ealing Trailfinders professional women's squad. Sessions combine activities chosen with the group rather than a single mainstream team sport, short 'Girls Talk' discussions on topics such as periods, confidence, social media and role models, and player-led sessions. The approach takes its lead from This Girl Can. The Foundation covers coaching, equipment and session planning, so there is no cost to the school. All Foundation staff are DBS checked and safeguarding trained. Arnold Hill Chartered Accountants funded the programme in 2025/26.
