T1 Rugby
ABOUT THIS PROGRAMME
T1 Rugby is the world's first non-contact format that fully captures the spirit and unique characteristics of rugby union, designed to supercharge participation and inclusion by bringing a faster, simpler and more accessible version of the game to schools, clubs and communities. As a non-contact format it can be played by people of different ages, abilities and experience together, making it an easy entry point into rugby. The RFU provides delivery guidance and resources for coaches, teachers and activators through the England Rugby website; enquiries are handled via the RFU's online contact routes.
