Sensory Strikers
ABOUT THIS PROGRAMME
Sensory Strikers is a programme run by Peterborough United Foundation, aimed at children aged 4+, who have special educational/ sensory needs. Sensory Strikers offers a dedicated environment that allows children to explore, play, and regulate at their own pace. Children are encouraged to explore various activities, including sensory bins, soft play equipment, balance pads, and beanbags, which support their developing autonomy, creativity, and self-regulation. The sessions also allow families to connect and build a community, supporting each other. The programme is currently active but will be ending in September 2026.
