Ramblers Wellbeing Walks
ABOUT THIS PROGRAMME
Ramblers Wellbeing Walks are free, short group walks that take place across England, designed to help people take the first step towards better health, wellbeing and happiness. With hundreds of walks happening every week, there is no need to book or plan a route: anyone can pull on their shoes and join a friendly, welcoming group walk, and many stay for a chat and a cuppa afterwards. The walks help people unwind, meet new people and discover nature on their doorstep. Walk enquiries can be sent to wellbeingwalks@ramblers.org.uk.
