ABOUT THIS PROGRAMME

Paddle-Ability is Paddle UK's approach to making paddlesport accessible to disabled people, delivered through its club network under the #WePaddleTogether equality, diversity and inclusion strategy. It supports clubs, coaches and centres with an Introduction to Paddle-Ability workshop and eLearning modules covering defining disability, terminology, adapting craft, paddles and equipment, and planning sessions for people with a disability, alongside Quality Club criteria for equality, diversity and inclusion that help clubs create more inclusive settings. Disabled people take part through local clubs and centres; clubs can contact the Paddle UK Clubs Team via the online contact form.
