Five-day outdoor residential programmes
ABOUT THIS PROGRAMME
Climbing Out runs fully funded five-day residential programmes for adults who have experienced a life-changing injury, illness or trauma. Each programme works in three layers, combining mind management coaching with outdoor activities and the building of a network of friendship and support, giving participants the tools to be accountable for their own recovery and to move forwards in life. Places are free to attend and allocated through an application process; applications for individuals or referrals are handled by founder Kelda Wood MBE (keldawood@climbingout.org.uk).
