Extra Time Hubs
ABOUT THIS PROGRAMME
Extra Time Hubs are twice-a-week sessions that combine socialisation with light exercise, designed for individuals of retirement age. The sessions run in two locations (Peterborough, Godmanchester) and provide an environment for participants to build and maintain friendships and social connections whilst also increasing physical activity levels through light exercise. Building like-minded communities decreases feelings of loneliness, which is common in individuals of retirement age. Activities include games, quizzes, external trips, and festive meals.
