About the Role
Sported is looking for a Regional Delivery Officer to join its Field Team in London. You will be one of two key contacts for Sported groups across the capital, helping community-led organisations grow, become more sustainable and get the most out of their work.
This is a relationship-focused role. You will get to know groups, understand the challenges and opportunities they face, and connect them with the support, resources and funding they need. That includes welcoming new groups into the Sported network and helping existing members continue to develop.
What You'll Do
Act as a key point of contact for Sported member groups across London
Build strong, trusted relationships with community-led organisations and understand their needs
Connect groups to support, resources and funding opportunities
Welcome new groups to the Sported network and support existing groups to develop
Work with colleagues, volunteer consultants and partners to deliver projects and programmes that strengthen local groups
Contribute to volunteer engagement and partnership development
Support grant administration and project evaluation
Keep accurate records and data for your area
