About the Role
Salford City FC Foundation is seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic, and professional individual for the role of Primary School Education Manager. The successful candidate will support the charity's delivery and development of the education department, managing and supporting the growth of its primary school provision.
The role predominantly oversees the Foundation's Premier League Primary Stars (PLPS) programme, manages and supports the education delivery team, supports growth of the primary school offer, builds strong partnerships, and ensures high-quality monitoring, reporting and compliance across all funded activity.

What You'll Do
Take direct responsibility for supporting the ongoing maintenance and development of positive relationships with stakeholders, investors and referral partners, ensuring each programme within the Education department is delivered as impactfully as possible
Take direct responsibility for collation of impact data forming an integral part of partner reporting
Take direct responsibility for the Foundation's Premier League Primary Stars programme, covering all aspects of project recruitment, retention, delivery and impact measurement
Accurately and effectively collect and record data such as participant data, teacher and participant questionnaires, and demographic data
Design, plan and deliver a range of high-quality education sessions accessible to ages 2–11
Oversee delivery across a range of sport, physical activity and healthy lifestyle opportunities that are safe, structured, progressive and engaging to all, alongside classroom-based workshops including mental health programmes and themed workshops across the academic year
Grow, develop and support delivery staff within the Education team
Proactively and strategically promote Salford City FC Foundation and local partner educational programmes, physical activity and wider engagement opportunities to children, young people and adults
Commit to undertaking a range of ongoing personal CPD, particularly in Education and mental health
What They're Looking For
Essential
Experience delivering/managing the PLPS (Premier League Primary Stars) programme
Proven experience leading, supporting and developing staff
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience working to KPIs, contracts and funding outcomes
Experience building and managing external partnerships
Strong organisational, project management and data management skills
Commitment to safeguarding and equality, diversity and inclusion
A minimum Level 2 coaching qualification or relevant teaching qualification (e.g. Level 3 Supporting PE and School Sport, PGCE, Teacher Level 3/4)
Full driving licence
Desirable
Experience working within a sport, education or social impact organisation
Experience managing or contributing to funded projects or funding bids
Experience delivering a range of programmes across multiple settings or sites
Understanding of Salford City FC Foundation's wider delivery programmes
