About the Organisation

About the Role
Raising Her Game is recruiting its first paid member of staff. The Project Manager will run the day-to-day operations and admin for its camps and school outreach, freeing up the trustees to focus on strategy, fundraising and partnerships. They'll be the main contact for families and will coordinate coaches, Young Leaders, volunteers and camp logistics.
The role is two days a week on a nine-month fixed-term contract, hybrid and based in London.
What You'll Do
Families and camps
- Be a friendly, organised point of contact for families, handling registrations and communications
- Manage camp logistics, including equipment, venues and risk assessments
People
- Recruit and coordinate coaches, Young Leaders and volunteers, with safeguarding in mind
Schools and pathways
- Build relationships with primary schools and arrange outreach visits
- Support the Camp2Club pathway so girls keep playing after camp

- Well organised and calm under pressure, with strong attention to detail
- Clear written communication for different audiences
- Comfortable with admin tools, GDPR and safeguarding procedures
- Able to work independently and be flexible around camp dates
- A real commitment to making sport accessible for girls
