About the Role
Salary: £26,000 - £28,000
Contract Type: Permanent
Line Manager: Head of Places
The Residential and Events Manager will support the development and growth of sports provision across the Foundation's places, with a focus on residentials, tours, and events.
What You'll Do
Plan and organise group activities, including sports tours, padel, and fitness-related provision
Host tours, events, and residentials
Engage and communicate with a range of audiences across multiple platforms
Collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders to achieve shared objectives
Support budget management and monitor expenditure where required
What They're Looking For
Essential
Knowledge of the sports industry, including sports tours, padel, and fitness
Experience of planning and organising group activities
Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage a range of audiences across multiple platforms
Proficient IT skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Desirable
Experience of collaborating with multiple teams and stakeholders to achieve shared objectives
Experience in hosting tours, events, and residentials
Experience of the Foundation's programmes delivered at The Nest
Experience managing budgets and monitoring expenditure
