About the Role
The Production Manager will play a key role in the operational planning and delivery of LME's events. Working closely with the Senior Event Experience Manager, the role will ensure events are inclusive, safe, and inspiring for participants, workforce, and spectators alike.
What You'll Do
Lead on the operational planning and delivery of events, including site visits, licensing, and stakeholder liaison
Produce detailed planning documentation, including CAD/Iventis plans, production schedules, and safety documentation
Serve as Operations Lead for key LME-owned events and act as Client Lead on partnership events
Support the development of inclusive event experiences, ensuring accessibility and participant needs are embedded in delivery plans
Collaborate with the wider LME team to support events, offering operational guidance and logistical support
Work with suppliers, contractors and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of events, including logistics, equipment, branding, and workforce planning
Assist in developing toolkits and resources to help teams deliver their own events safely and professionally
Contribute to event debriefs and continuous improvement processes, gathering feedback from participants, partners and stakeholders
Support the delivery of inclusive events through a DEI lens, actively identifying and mitigating barriers to participation for underrepresented communities
Lead the process on impact reporting and feedback through a Social Impact lens
What They're Looking For
Essential
Proven experience in event production or operations, ideally within mass participation
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Confident working independently and as part of a cross-functional team
Experience working with diverse events and a passion for inclusive event delivery
Understanding of health and safety principles and event licensing processes
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
A collaborative mindset
Experience with project management tools and event planning software
